NAVAJO PRESIDENT AND THE S.O.G. CREW HONOR NAVAJO PRINCESS

May 22, 2011 – The S.O.G. Crew flew into Farmington and were met by Navajo Nation President Ben Shelly and First Lady Vikki Shelly with a law enforcement escort to take them to the Totah Theater. The day was centered around Navajo Princess Rubi Rae Dee, who recently accomplished graduating from Shiprock High School, a feat resulting from her hard efforts since missing two months of school to be at her ill father’s side in the hospital. The whole community of Shiprock and Farmington were coming together to celebrate with her at an event with musical groups from all over the Unite States. The event was hosted by New Horizon Presentation and her own family. On behalf of The S.O.G. Crew and all of our families we’d like to say, “Congratulations” to Rubi Rae Dee! And “Thank you” to Navajo Nation President Ben Shelly and First Lady Vikki Shelly, to the Dee Family and the Farmington Police Department for being such a blessing! We look forward to working with the Navajo Nation in the future. God bless!
